I offer an initial 30 minute free consultation either over the phone or as a visit to my gym. This will help me get to know you, what you would like to focus on, if you have had any injuries in the past and what potential training options could be for you.
I can also answer any questions you might have and talk through next steps to get started with me. All you need to do is fill in my `Contact me` form to secure a booking.
After your initial 30 min consultation, the next stage to start your training journey with me is an in-person consultation meeting for 1hr at my gym.
This covers more detail around your health & fitness status, setting goals, your training likes & dislikes plus anything else relevant for your fitness journey. We can then discuss what training options would suit your needs and get you to goal.
