I'm Kirsty, a dedicated fully qualified female personal trainer who is on a mission to empower amazing people like you to conquer their health and fitness goals. 

 

Operating from my premium studio gym in West Drayton, I'm committed to creating a supportive & inclusive environment for every client. 

Providing personal training from a private setting allows you to fully focus on working towards your goals without the distractions of a commercial gym environment. 

 

I believe that a strong body leads to a strong mind, and my training is designed to achieve not just physical transformations, but also to boost health, strength, and confidence.

I get that everybody's journey and goals are unique, and I'm here to tailor my support, advice, and plans just for you. 

 

Once your goal is set your training will be structured to make sure you can achieve it. Sessions are designed to improve fitness, increase energy levels, tone up by building muscle & shedding excess body fat, all whilst improving your overall health, strength, and confidence.

 

1-1 personal training sessions & packages available where a bespoke plan is created that will accelerate progress, allowing you to reach your fitness goals faster than with a generic approach.

 

The sessions are all delivered in my well-equipped premium private studio gym, so there is no intimidating environment or waiting around for equipment, every second of your session is maximised.

Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, my down-to-earth and realistic approach ensures that each step of the journey is not only manageable but also enjoyable.

No intimidating gym setting or waiting for equipment. I have created a unique space where clients can feel comfortable, motivated, and supported. No expensive monthly gym membership to pay for on top of your PT sessions. Either pay as you go for your sessions or sign up to my coaching plans.

THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS

Time spent at the beginning, before any training is planned to understand you as an individual, your training history, your body, your current health, any barriers you have and what you want to achieve. All of this will ensure you have a bespoke, safe and effective training plan created for you to smash your goals.

BESPOKE PLANS

I tailor personalised programmes that cater specifically to your individual strengths and aspirations. To achieve your goals we will discuss what approach would suit where you are right now in your fitness journey. We will define your goals, set realistic timelines, create actionable steps and track & review regularly.

HEALTH & FITNESS

It is equally important to focus on actions to improve your overall health along with fitness for life long wellness results. My holistic approach to health and well-being makes me a standout choice for those of you seeking lifestyle changes that back up your physical results.

IN PERSON TRAINING

All sessions are face to face in person at my gym. I will be here to motivate you, demonstrate technique & exercise form, educate you on your body and ensure everything is safe and within your capabilities. I'm committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where you can embrace your fitness potential with confidence.

Having a tough 2023, I wanted to start 2024 with a bang and get myself into a more positive mind, active and healthy living lifestyle. After an initial 1-2-1 consultation (highly recommended!) with Kristy, we was able to curate a personal plan for 6 weeks, allowing me to learn and increase performance with each session. Kirsty's private gym is 1st class - very comfortable environment and has all the right gear for every workout possible. Making every session fun, educational and empowering - you'd want to work out with her all the time!! I began training with Strong Life PT 2 months ago after feeling unmotivated with my previously ineffective workout regimen. I attended the gym and the odd exercise class but I felt like I was going round in circles.
